Creative/Production Graphic Designer
Location: Irvine, CA
Felt is looking for a Creative /Production Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The position is full-time and is based out of our Irvine, CA office. Primary responsibilities include working with the rest of the creative team in supporting all areas of the company including but not limited to product graphics, print catalog, print and web ad and collateral production, and more. Photography experience a big plus. Skills necessary in order to be successful at this position include:
- Must have at least 3 years of working experience in all Adobe programs including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and all MS Office programs
- Must have clear working knowledge and experience within the cycling and outdoor sports lifestyle and industry
- Must be a clear communicator and willing to work in a team environment
- Must have strong organizational and logistical skills
- Must have a do-what-it-takes approach

Demo/Tech Representative
Location: Irvine, CA
Felt is looking for a Demo/Tech Representative to join our growing team. The position is full-time and is based out of our Irvine, CA office. Primary responsibilities will be to operate, manage and staff Felt’s 2008 Demo/Tech trailer as it visits key consumer and dealer events in an effort to increase Felt brand and product awareness, and to aid in supporting Felt’s sales and marketing teams. Skills necessary in order to be successful at this position should include:
- Must be an expert road and mtn bike mechanic including necessary background of shop, race and/or institute experience
- Must be an excellent communicator and possess strong people skills
- Must have strong organizational and logistical skills
- Must be highly independent
- Must be able to clearly articulate and report both in writing and orally
- Must show great pride in work and personal appearance
- Must possess solid general computer skills including all facets of Microsoft Office
- Must be willing to work weekends and flex schedule
- This position will interact with Product Development, Marketing and Sales Departments
General Duties and Responsibilities
This is a new position at Felt and will include the driving, set-up, operation and tear-down of Felt’s Demo/Tech trailer. This trailer will include a fleet of Felt bikes to be available for some combination of show, expo and test rides at pre-designated events and stops. Domestic travel required with an estimated 30% of annual time on the road.

Inside Sales Representative(s)
Location: One in Irvine, CA & one in Buffalo, NY
Felt is looking for two Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing team - one in Irvine, CA and one in Buffalo, NY. You will be responsible for assisting in identifying, developing and growing Felt Bicycles prospective and existing retail customer base in conjunction with outside reps and inside sales team. The important skills for this position are:
- Candidate must present professional image at all times
- Must have effective written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills, as well as strong organization and planning skills
- An aptitude to excel in a customer-focused and results-driven environment
- Must have good judgment in solving problems
- Must be able to work in a team environment
General Duties and Responsibilities
This is a representative list of the general duties the Inside Salesperson may be asked to perform and is not intended to be all-inclusive.
- Candidate must be willing to work in a heavy incoming phone traffic environment and sit at a desk for the majority of their work day
- Telephone support includes inventory availability, pricing, order status, and technical questions from both dealers (98%) and end users (2%)
- Point-of-contact for sales reps and their accounts/customers
- Order entry and generation of packing slips
- Assisting in securing new and existing business, providing all necessary follow-up
- Warranty Process, Technical Services and After Market business sales/services
- Account management/customer service within a specified geographic territory
- Ability to achieve company and personal financial goals set by management
- Occasional bike assembly and assistance with warehouse functions
